UK GOVERNMENT RESPONSE TO THE FIXING FASHION REPORT

Last week we were proud to write that the UK government had committed to enforcing The Modern Slavery Act. Yet, this week we are disappointed as the government dismiss the policy recommendations brought forward by the Environmental Audit Committee in February's Fixing Fashion Report.

As the government fail to take action on  issues such as synthetic clothing in landfill, the burning of unsold stock, (despite calling a climate emergency) and human rights abuses, what can we do to reinforce our concerns and ensure our voices are heard?
