Just as pressure is beginning to build on governments to declare a climate emergency, we also have to consider the consequences for the mass displacement of people, and how climate change will accelerate this process. It was exactly for these reasons that I created Dress for our Time, a project which started out as a piece of fashion activism and an installation to highlight these issues. As an artist and designer I have spent the last 20 years exploring the ways fashion can facilitate social change – and never has change been so urgently needed by so many people. NABCO UPDATES - 15 SEPTEMBER 2018 All prospective NABCO trainees are to note the new schedule of activities at NABCO as follows: Tuesday 25 September - Submission of Original Documents of: 1. Engagement Letter; and a 2. National ID (Ghana Card, Passport, Voters’ ID, or a DVLA Driver’s Licence) This is to assist with your registration and to allow access to the Orientation site. Wednesday 26 September - MMDA/MPs Day Thursday 27 September - Work Readiness Orientation and Training Friday 28 September - NABCO Day (GRA TIN; eZwich and ID System) Monday October 1 - First Day of work (Report to District Office) Tuesday October 2 - NABCO Trainees Regional Passing out ceremony.
